Pre-legalisation by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

 

Certificate of Origine must be attached to eachother, with a folded corner & stamp of the chamber of commerce.

All documents must be attached to a certified Arab translation, if possible even printed on the back of the original. Translation must not be legalised. We can arrange the translation for you !

Export:

Box 3 of the CoO must contain country of origin. (real country, not E.C.)

Box 4 of the CoO must contain the means of transport (by vessel, by plane,..)

Box 5 of the CoO must contain invoice number and amount

CoO must be accompagnied by a “attachment to the CoO signed by somebody from the chamber of commerce and your company.

The stamps of the Chamber of Commerce must all have the same number.

 

You must also provide an extract from the business register (KBO) from both teh Belgian and the Libyan company.
