Export:
Always provide sets with Certificate of Origin & Invoice & Certificate of Analysis or Health certificate.
Import License valid for the transported freight.
CoO must mention route of cargo in box 4.
Dutch adress must be mentioned on the documents.
Notarial Documents:
The notary must mention the adres & contact information of both the Dutch company & his own study/company
copy of the documents for the consulate
